There is so much difference in this two products.
      1) Totally different design style. Every block here it’s a powerful component with a bunch of different layouts and parameters.
      2) Different logic. It’s a plugin, so now you can use Qards with your lovely WP theme.
      3) Qards it’s not all about components amount, it’s about consideration of each component. Here you can see only necessary components that every day we can see in the Internet. In the near future, the difference between the two products would be more evident.

What theme would you recommend that i use with the plugin?

Because all the premium themes already come with somekind of drag and drop builder…

So please give me some advice, and i will buy it for sure!

You can use any theme you want. Check the free themes or marketplaces and choose the theme for your needs.

If I would like the customer to actually be able to stay on the page, and not be redirected to the cart, say for a store where you expect every customer to buy multiple items, what are my options then?

Also, in regards to SEO, what kind of effect does this have that you are sort of “hiding” your true product pages and replace them with Qard pages (if I understand correctly)?
