    Some charts listed here are not completely free but I really like the look of JS Charts.

    I would be interested in a library which provides MouseEvent functions where you can trigger an action as soon as the mouse e.g. hovers over a data point. I want to highlight a certain table on the website where the chart is on as soon as I move the mouse to a certain position of the chart. Do you know a solution here?
