35 Beautiful Typefaces for Minimal Web Design Use
The modern artist is gifted with a variety of options for his artwork, typefaces being some of them. Words are strong communicative tools but if they can be supported by the pulsating visual effects you can almost hear them speaking. You can make use of the following:
Free Typefaces
Fat frank
This is a big and chunky font with all digits, some diacritical marks, punctuations and money signs which are useful for brandings and commercial designs.
Lullaby
This is a decorative font and as the name suggests, soothing and pleasant. The letters are available in two types – Type A and Type B and can be arranged in a rhythmic pattern for posters and headlines.
Typometry

Nougatine
This is a font inspired by the smell of freshly baked cookies. It retains that fresh appeal in its tilts and curves, 80 glyphs, many ligatures and a panel of alternative letters. Stitching Font
This handmade font is inspired by the dramatic effects and the overlapping color combinations of cross stitch. Its effects are interesting to see on typeface and can be used to create delicate visual effects in logos or brandings. Right now it is an experiment with 26 uppercase forms.
Plstk
As the name suggests, this is inspired by the plastic industry. These 3D letters create lively visuals which can be used in and as headings, for logos or brandings. This has a chic and modern appeal to it.
Villa Didot
This has been inspired by the posters of the club Villa Wuller. These were all hand drawn. This is a handmade, personalized font which makes for great use in cards or personal messages. The letters emanate warmth of a by-gone era. This is in an experimental stage and will be complete by this year.
Five Minutes
True to its name five minutes is suitable for all those quick five minutes activities. It is great for youthful and funky designs.
The Kabel
This creates a modern 3D effect like neon signs. It is good for hoardings, posters and messages.

Love the font labeled Adamas Regular, but is that really the name of the font that says “Laboris ni”? Thanks!

I believe “Laboris ni” is sample text and Adamas Regular is the name of the font.

I guess the name of the article is a bit misplaced but overall a good collection!
